Part of what makes Coaching with a Cuppa different is keeping the coaching process straightforward. That’s why there’s just three simple steps before we get started.
Step 1
A few short questions
If you like what you see here, send me a message
I’ll email you a short questionnaire to help me understand where you are in your life right now, including things like your strengths, values and what you might want to change.
Don’t worry – there are only five questions - and there's no right or wrong!

Step 2
The ‘Get to Know You’ call
On other websites you might see this referred to as a ‘Discovery’ or ‘Chemistry’ session.
(I say, ‘Potato/Potato’).
It’s basically a 30-minute one-to-one chat that gives us a chance to get to know each other and make sure we’re the right fit.
I’ll explain a little more about how coaching works including the number of sessions & fees - and we can talk about what you’d like to get out of it. We’ll also have a look at your questionnaire answers.
If you’re happy to go ahead, we’ll coordinate our diaries and move on to Step 3.
And yes – the Get to Know You session is completely free. It’s not a sales pitch and there’s no pressure! To book this in with me, just click HERE.

Step 3
The coaching agreement
Before we begin, there’s just one small but important piece of housekeeping.
I’ll send you a short coaching agreement setting out the basics of how we’ll work together, including things like our joint responsibilities and the number & duration of sessions.
No pages of Ts & Cs. No acres of small print.
Once you’ve signed and returned it, we’re ready to begin!

and then what?
We put the kettle on and begin our first session!

The 'F' word
Fees.
Some coaches put pricing on their website.
Others don't.
But since Coaching with a Cuppa is all about being open and honest, I feel it's important to be up front about fees.
Ultimately, it saves time and it makes life easy for you. After all, no one wants to spend more time than they have to, hunting for information.
Although you can book a one-off session most clients book them in blocks of four or six.
I know what you’re thinking… how many coaching sessions will I need – and how often will they be?
We’ll work on this during the ‘Get To Know You' call.
After that I’ll come up with a plan that suits not just your needs, but your availability and your budget.
Single 50 minute session
£75
Package of 4 x 50 minute sessions

Package of 6 x 50 minute sessions

(Nearly all coaching these days takes place online and these prices are based on this approach. I’m happy to supply pricing for face-to-face coaching on an individual basis but this will reflect travel time and ever-increasing fuel costs. Sorry!)
